Steven Hooper has been appointed General Manager of the Annapolis Blues Men’s Team

Annapolis, MD — Annapolis Blues FC is proud to announce that Steven Hooper has been appointed General Manager of the Annapolis Blues Men’s Team, effective immediately. In addition to this role, Hooper has also accepted the promotion to Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Annapolis Blues FC.

Hooper has been a key contributor to the club’s rapid growth and success, playing an instrumental role in expanding the Blues brand, strengthening community partnerships, and driving ticket sales and fan engagement. His leadership, creativity, and deep understanding of the organization’s mission make him uniquely positioned to guide the men’s program into its next chapter.

As General Manager of the Men’s Team, Hooper will oversee all day-to-day team operations, player relations, competitive strategy, and administrative functions. In his continued role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, he will lead all revenue-generating initiatives, including sponsorships, ticket sales, merchandise, and overall brand strategy for the organization.
