Men’s General Manager | Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Steven is a true and proud Annapolitan. Born and raised in Annapolis, his passion for soccer has fueled both his playing and professional career in the sport.

Steven attended the University of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Entertainment Management in 2021. He graduated in just three years, accelerating his path into the professional sports industry. During his time in college, he interned with the Naval Academy Athletic Association for three summers, working closely with Navy Sports Camps and building valuable connections across collegiate athletics. He was also selected to represent the university at the prestigious Masters Tournament in 2019, gaining firsthand experience in executing world-class sporting events. In addition, Steven served as an Adventure Trip Manager for the university’s Outdoor Recreation program, where he led and managed outdoor excursions and teams of student staff.

After graduating, Steven began his professional career in youth soccer, serving over 15,000 players across the DMV area as an Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Coaching Coordinator. In this role, he managed scheduling, staffing, and development for more than 35 coaches while also gaining hands-on coaching experience.

Steven then returned home to help launch Annapolis Blues FC, where he played a key role in building the club from the ground up. As Director of Sales and Marketing, he led all revenue generation and brand development efforts, helping grow the fanbase from zero to over 13,000 and establishing the Blues as one of the most successful lower-division soccer clubs in the country. He spearheaded ticket sales strategies, secured impactful corporate partnerships, and built a strong community presence through innovative marketing and engagement initiatives. His leadership helped drive record-breaking attendance, a vibrant game day atmosphere, and a recognizable brand throughout the region.

Following his success, Steven was promoted to General Manager, where he now oversees all aspects of the club’s operations and continued growth. He remains deeply committed to the community and is passionate about creating opportunities for players while delivering a first-class experience for fans.

Steven is proud to be part of something special in the city he calls home and is driven to continue building the Annapolis Blues FC into a premier soccer organization.
