Kaitlyn McComb - Director of Ticket Sales & Ticket Operations

Kaitlyn McComb brings a strong background in ticket sales and sales operations to the Annapolis Blues. Growing up in Lexington, Kaitlyn is a Virginia native. She is a graduate of the University of Mount Union, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Business and was a successful student-athlete and team captain for the Purple Raiders’ 7x Ohio Athletic Conference Championship women’s lacrosse program.

Following graduation, she built a strong foundation in professional sports with the Washington Commanders. She began as an Inside Sales Representative and was promoted to Account Executive, Business Development within her first three months after leading the Inside Sales department in client meetings scheduled and executed, as well as overall sales revenue. During the 2021–2022 season, she generated nearly $1 million in ticket revenue and played an active role in a once-in-a-lifetime NFL rebrand as the organization transitioned from the Washington Football Team to the Washington Commanders. She later broadened her expertise in sales operations and analytics across both the risk intelligence and private aviation industries before returning to the sport business world, where her heart truly lies.

With the Annapolis Blues, Kaitlyn oversees all ticket sales and ticket operations, including memberships, group sales, premium sales, and partnerships. She played a key role in developing the club’s Anchor Club Membership program and leading ticketing and fan engagement initiatives that drove record-breaking attendance across both USL League Two and USL W League during the 2025 season. This success contributed to the Annapolis Blues being named USL League Two’s 2025 New Organization of the Year.

Off the pitch, Kaitlyn can be found at the barn spending time with and riding her beloved Thoroughbred, Lincoln. She resides in Chesapeake Beach with her husband, Ethan, their Boston terrier, Mojo, Labrador, Maverick, and tabby cat, Raider.
