BIOGRAPHY

Jim is a General Manager, Technical Director & Head Coach with more than 17 years experience in all areas of professional club soccer across 5 different domestic leagues at the professional and amateur level. Jim specializes in crafting a vision and strategy to bring success on and off the pitch.

Other methodology includes developing players, a strong unified team culture, creating and nurturing partnerships and strong media ties. Thrives in a front office environment in addition to making critical decisions in all situations.

• Management of all levels of a pro club from owner to intern

• Player acquisition and contract negotiations

• Managing club compliance of league rules, FIFA calendar, operations manual and salary cap rules and ownership structure

• Creating and managing season training and travel schedule

• Applied for, built, created and managed the launch of 2 Developmental Academies

• Created and managed partners, hired coaches and served as Technical Director

As head coach of Washington Spirit (NWSL):

• 2016 NWSL Runner up

• Lead team to first NWSL final

• Signed Manon Melis the top goal scorer in Sweden for 2012 season but WPS folded
